Privacy & Data Use

When you claim a voucher we collect your name, email address, and ZIP code. You may also choose to give us optional contact details (such as a phone number or company). We also collect the event-intelligence answers you provide on the claim form — the questions about your interest in the event, training, and goals.

As part of running the campaign, we record voucher-related activity such as when you claim a voucher, when your code is issued or re-sent, and when it is redeemed.

We use the information you provide to:

• ›Deliver your voucher. We email your unique race-registration code and related event information so you can register with Spartan.
• ›Measure the campaign. We use your submission, voucher claim, voucher redemption, and event-participation activity to understand how the campaign performed.
• ›Follow up if you opt in. If you choose to receive updates from USANA, we use your details to send you the wellness, performance, event, and product information described below.

Your personal information is used by USANA. We do not sell it. We share only aggregated, non-personal campaign insights with Spartan — summary-level results that do not identify you individually.

Marketing updates are opt-in: you receive them only if you check the marketing box on the claim form. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop the transactional emails needed to deliver and support your voucher.

When you submit the claim form you agree to the consent language below, and we record that agreement — including the version of the consent text and the time it was given — alongside your claim. If you also opt in to marketing, that separate choice is recorded the same way.
